If we draw a curve in the graphic of excitement upon watching Sang Pialang, it will be a flatliner. It runs around the exciting world of stock trading but fails to grasp its spirit. Sang Pialang is a movie that doesn't know its direction. It's a love story that is unromantic, it's a thriller that resolves too easily, it's a problematic emotional issue without a decent problem, and it's just too boring. The only thing that I actually like in the film is the male actor's T-shirts, and that's about it.
