If love actually sucks, the so does this film. Ai Hen Lan tries to provoke the audiences with extremely graphic sex of taboo relationship, but with such a bad story that leads to nowhere, it is a complete failure for me. While each of the couples actually has interesting problems, instead of digging deep into the emotional aspect, Ai Hen Lan focuses only on sex. With this kind of approach, Ai Hen Lan becomes more of a porn than an art. It actually... sucks!
